Boulevard Streetscape
Located at the intersection of Telluride Street and Green Valley Ranch Boulevard, this section along Green Valley Ranch Boulevard provides an entryway landscape into the Oakwood Homes Community.
To the west of the project is a large monument, identifying the Green Valley Ranch area. Surrounding the monument are sweeping arches of ornamental grasses; each row providing different textures and colors to enhance the signage.
The landscape along the boulevard consists of large blocks of planting made up of ornamental grasses and deciduous shrubs. Scattered throughout the landscape are large deciduous tree for shade. All of these create color and vertical variations in the landscape and provides a visually interesting streetscape to enhance Green Valley Ranch Boulevard.
