Landmark Tower Pool & Club
The Landmark Tower Pool and Club is located at the southwest corner of The Village Shops at the Landmark in the Denver Tech Center area of Colorado. 135 condos make up the Landmark Tower and it includes a number of high end residential features.
One of these features is a 4th Floor Pool Deck which faces the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Here residents can enjoy patio seating and a small pool to watch the sun set at the end of the day.
At the ground level is a large rectilinear pool and two-sided fountain, one side facing the private pool area and the other side facing the main entry plaza. An additional water feature is located at the center of the main entry plaza.
The biggest challenge that faced Environmental Landworks was the installation of large caliper linden trees. These trees were selected to have immediate inpact on the project and ranged from 9″ to 14″ in caliper size.
